New Saigon, formerly the Republic of New Saigon is a simulationist micronation, which claims territories in Southeast Asia and North America. New Saigon was founded on the 24th of May 2020 by Andrew Le, the current ruling president. The nation hails as a constitutional republic. The current capital of New Saigon is the city of Wichita. Currently, there are 6 citizens living within or outside the territory of New Saigon.
